- Notice of Procedure - This notice is required to be given to the property owner by the contractor at the time of a written or verbal contract. It replaces the form "Owner's Duty to Contractor in the Event of a Construction Dispute."
- EPA "The Lead-Safe Certified Guide to Renovate Right" and Pre-renovation Form - Contractors are required to provide this pamphlet prior to beginning renovation activities on "target housing" described in Oregon's lead-based paint requirements.
